The family house with an Ibizan architectural style was built at the end of the 60s and the successive reforms that have been carried out over the years have allowed the house to be kept in optimal conditions, preserving its traditional style and charm. As it was one of the first homes built in the urbanization, it enjoys a privileged location with unobstructed views and direct access to the sea via a private platform with stairs.
The house can accommodate a total of 8 to 10 people. It has a total of 5 bedrooms and a studio for a total constructed area of about 250 m2 on a plot of about 1,458 m2. It has 2 floors and a tower that gives access to a large deck with views of the entire coast.
The house is accessed from the street through a patio with an open interior terrace and a covered exterior porch with a barbecue and a well. The configuration of the entrance allows access to 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom without accessing the common part of the house, which will give you complete independence and privacy. Crossing this exterior space, the house is entered through a spacious living-dining room that serves as a distributor to access the rest of the bedrooms.
The main bedroom with total privacy has a frontal sea view and access to the terrace. Next to that bedroom there is a full bathroom and a separate toilet.
The dining room serves as a distributor between a corner of the house with the master bedroom, the kitchen, a small living room with a fireplace and an additional night area with 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. It is an ideal place for diving, sailing or kayaking. Nearby there is an equestrian club with activities for children. The Vall D’or golf course is only 15 minutes away by car.
