Son Marrón de Ponent, is located in the municipality of Lloret de Vistalegre, right between the villages of Sineu & Costitx. The property originates from the segregation of the old Islamic finca called Beni-Taref as a result of the land distribution process carried out in 1232 after the reconquest of the island by Jaime I of Aragon the Conqueror.
It is a farm of about 105 hectares whose land is made up mainly of shrub or bushes. It has a mainly flat configuration with small areas of slight unevenness from where you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding rural area.
Previously there was an important area of cultivation, but the old almond and carob plantations are in an abandoned state and there is currently no type of agricultural activity on the farm.
In the Territorial Plan of Mallorca it is classified as an SRG area (general rustic land regime) & SRG Forestry. Access to the house is via an unpaved road in good condition.
In the middle of the farm there is a 187 m2 house with a 72m2 porch. In its oldest part, made with mares sandstone, there is a spacious dining room with an integrated kitchen and pantry. On the other side we have a spacious living room with a fireplace. The sleeping area in the most recent part of the house is accessed by a small staircase. Its wide distributor gives access to 3 large double bedrooms between 15 & 20 m2 and a complete bathroom.
Interior and exterior woodwork.
Electricity by photovoltaic panels and electric power generator.
Outside there are 3 small old agricultural buildings (total of 122.25 m2) and an old cistern next to the house.
It is undoubtedly a unique place to enjoy nature.
