Sunrise Bay Residences will be an exclusive new-build residential complex located on the east coast of Mallorca, in Cala Romántica (municipality of Manacor) and will be made up of semi-detached and single-family homes.
It is located 5 minutes from the beach of Cala Romántica (Cala de Estany d’en Mas), a beach with incredible crystalline waters and fine white sand. Porto Cristo is 10 minutes by car, Manacor 15 minutes and Palma airport less than 1 hour.
In Phase 1, a total of 30 units will be put up for sale spread over 2 blocks (MI with 9 units + MII 21 units). The complete project foresees the construction of a total of 159 units with a social club on a 62,000 sqm plot.
The latest delivery date for phase 1 is scheduled for Q1 2026 but the first units should be delivered between Q1 & Q2 2025.

All villas will have private gardens, porch and terrace with the possibility of upgrading to add a private pool (Supplement to be agreed).
On the ground floor we find a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace with a pergola, an open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower as well as a laundry room.
On the first floor, we find a second bedroom with a bathroom and an open terrace, from where you can enjoy wonderful views. The houses with 3 bedrooms have 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on the 1st floor.
